Frequently asked at first contact
What is the smallest engagement you accept?
The firm has delivered engagements ranging from a one-week security audit to multi-quarter platform programmes. If a request falls outside our practice areas, we will state so directly and recommend an appropriate alternative.
Are non-disclosure agreements and written contracts standard?
Every engagement begins with a mutual non-disclosure agreement and a signed Statement of Work that defines scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and commercial terms.
Can your team operate alongside our internal engineering organisation?
Yes. Embedded delivery alongside an existing internal team is one of the most common engagement structures. Knowledge transfer is included in scope from the outset of the project.
Where is your hosting infrastructure located?
The firm operates dedicated infrastructure in Tier-3 data centres and can also operate within client-owned cloud or on-premise environments under a managed-service agreement, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and private deployments.
How are KVKK and GDPR obligations addressed for Türkiye and EU clients?
Compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is treated as a first-order architectural concern. Data residency is configurable per engagement, with end-to-end in-country deployment available where required.
What support is available after deliverables are accepted?
Post-acceptance options include full hand-over to the client team, ongoing support under a managed-service retainer covering features, security patches, and on-call coverage, or a hybrid arrangement. There are no contractual mechanisms that prevent disengagement.
