How are project scope and pricing established?
Each engagement begins with a discovery phase that produces a written statement of work. Commercial terms are either fixed-scope or time-and-materials, depending on the certainty of requirements at kickoff.
Who owns the source code at the end of the engagement?
The client. Source code, infrastructure-as-code, documentation, and any account credentials are transferred at acceptance. There are no vendor lock-in clauses.
Do you sign mutual non-disclosure agreements?
Every engagement begins with a mutual NDA executed prior to any solution-specific discussion.
How do you handle handover and ongoing maintenance?
Engagements conclude with a handover package: architecture documentation, runbooks, on-call procedures, and a knowledge-transfer session. Ongoing support is available under a separate retainer.
