    Guest scans the table QR code

    The guest is presented with a fast, branded menu in their preferred language. No application installation is required.

    Guest orders or requests service

    Orders are placed directly from the seat. A dedicated button summons service for billing or special requests.

    The venue fulfils the request

    Orders and service requests are routed to the relevant station. Operators monitor the floor through a unified operator dashboard.

Mobitaste at a glance

Do customers need to install an application?

No. Mobitaste runs entirely in the customer's mobile browser. The QR code on the table opens the menu directly, no application download is required.

How many languages does the menu support?

The platform currently supports eight menu languages out of the box. Additional languages can be enabled by translating the menu items; the architecture supports up to thirteen locales.

How are payments processed?

Payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS-aware third-party providers (such as iyzico, PayTR, or Stripe). Mobitaste itself does not store cardholder data.

Does Mobitaste replace our existing point-of-sale system?

No. Mobitaste is designed to operate alongside your existing point-of-sale system. Standard integrations are available with most major POS platforms used in Türkiye.

How does the operator dashboard work?

The dashboard provides real-time visibility of orders, table status, and service requests, along with daily and weekly analytics on revenue, top items, and table turnover. Multi-venue accounts can roll up across all locations.

How are guest data and KVKK obligations handled?

Mobitaste handles guest order data under KVKK and GDPR-aligned procedures. Data residency is configurable per deployment, and standard retention periods are documented in the service agreement.
